I have spent 20 years working with organizations to improve the way their members listen to and connect with one another, present, write, collaborate, persuade, and motivate. As we near the end of this unprecedented year, I am inspired to take time to reflect and be present with my family, friends, and community. I am excited about the adventures and challenges that will come next. I'm also mindful of the wise words of a dear mentor, "Power is not rushed."

Christine became a partner of Exec-Comm in 2008. In this role, Christine built client relationships and designed and delivered custom communication skills programs for her clients. She also led a team of consultants. During her tenure at Exec|Comm, Christine trained professionals on five continents, in 20 countries, and in three languages. Her clients included HSBC, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Citi, MetLife, and JPMorgan. In the spring of 2020, the firm appointed Christine as Exec-Comm’s Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Before stepping into this role, Christine had spent six years building Exec|Comm's global footprint and setting up global operations, which she eventually integrated across the firm.

In her role as partner, Christine builds business, designs training programs, facilitates, coaches, and leads a team of consultants. From 2014-2020, Christine also pioneered and led Exec-Comm’s global expansion. As Global Head, Christine: • expanded Exec-Comm's reach within the Americas and into EMEA and APAC• recruited and developed a team of over 15 dynamic facilitators • established relationships with Exec-Comm’s global alliance partners• set up and managed operations, including local logistics, contracts, certifications, scheduling, and quality assurance • implemented a hybrid virtual onboarding experience for new facilitators Once the global business was established, she integrated global operations across the firm before taking over as Partner of Diversity & Inclusion in the spring of 2020. From 2012 - 2015, Christine revamped Exec-Comm’s recruiting and onboarding practices to boost the productivity and happiness of new hires. From 2008 -2009, Christine worked closely with her Tech Partner Carmen Goitia to customize and implement Salesforce across the firm. They focused on adoption and created more transparency around sales activities, trends, and profits, and increased response time to clients. At this time, she also took over as Partner in Charge of Sales and overhauled Exec-Comm’s incentive program to ensure profitability during the Great Recession.In 2007, just before becoming a partner, Christine was asked to manage Exec-Comm’s first Thought Leadership Survey, which captured the opinions of 1,800 business professionals with a focus on top leadership attributes. She was also chosen to refresh and refine Exec-Comm’s business writing program to align with current trends and client needs.

Christine brings years of international sales experience and expertise to Exec-Comm, a consulting firm that helps people communicate with more impact.  She develops and delivers programs worldwide specializing in consultative sales, writing skills, public speaking, and staff training and development. Christine speaks French and Spanish, and trains executives for global clients including MetLife, Citi, and Barclays.

Before joining Exec-Comm in 2001, Christine worked as an executive with Leach & Garner Company. From her Manahattan office, she managed client relationships in New York City, Connecticut and select states in the Midwest and generated $3.5 million in annual sales.Before moving to New York from Massachusetts, Christine worked with the company’s French satellite office, served Canadian clients, trained new hires and acted as company liaison to Italian vendors.
