• Conduct extensive candidate research using internet tools, such as Zoominfo, Big Biller (ATS system), and LinkedIn, to source potential candidates.• Set up new clients in Google Workspace and Asana for effective collaboration.• Provide administrative support with PI Salesforce, Seismic, and the PI platform.• Assist with proposal preparation, slide decks, gathering renewal data from DOMO, and supporting QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).• Set up email sequences in Active Campaign.• Organize folders in OneDrive and Google Drive to enhance team collaboration.• Create and document processes, including video how-to guides.• Analyze existing workflows, procedures, and systems to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. • Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and overall performance.• Provide support in resolving technology-related issues.

• Oversee the management of 50+ healthcare providers.• Create and maintain Health Coaching/Clinic calendars for Health Coaches, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and clients.• Develop and update processes and procedures for healthcare providers.• Conduct yearly check-ups at onsite clinics and Health Coaching sites.• Plan and execute team meetings and an annual seminar for healthcare providers.• Organize and compile manuals for healthcare providers.• Provide training to healthcare providers on new processes.• Conduct audits of documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.• Resolve any issues encountered in the field.• Interpret, explain, and distribute data reports to healthcare providers.
