In a sense, restaurants have been my life. I am proud to say that I have worked within a diverse set of them throughout the last 35 years. Not only have I built close and lasting friendships with my fellow employees but have also been fortunate to build rewarding relationships with guests. I have worked in virtually all positions within a restaurant setting. Those experiences have helped me understand the intricacies of restaurants as a whole; while also allowing for insight into helping the individuals on the team. Restaurants have taught me to be a problem solver and to think on my feet. Their energy is palpable and I love every bit of that.I have been on the opening team of the Baltimore Hard Rock Cafe as a server. Additionally, I was on the transition team for the New York Hard Rock Café as its Financial Assistant when we not only moved our location to Times Square but also doubled our staff and space. I have been the Training Manager I truly believe that my extensive experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, and even server/bartender qualify me for positions within a wide range of fields and organizations. I also believe that my drive and deep passion for customer service, team building, and designing new systems makes me a strong candidate to positively impact the future of any institution or community that I join.
