- Design & develop full construction documents (drawing and specifications) for complex structural alterations and renovation projects- Structurally analyze and design multi-story additions, new buildings, superstructure repairs, facade repairs, foundations & subsurface support, including support of excavation and underpinning - Perform, review and serve as Inspection Applicant for Special Inspections on steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures (qualified welding & bolting inspector)- Prepare clear and concise reports ranging from structural evaluations, code/peer reviews, forensic analyses and technical/expert witness testimony/affidavits tailored to specific and requested audience types- Adjacent construction monitoring and consultation services (affected property or developer)- Assist in the training and professional development of junior engineers- Communicate construction and/or project documentation with architects, building owners, property managers, attorneys and legal counsel, building department representatives, utility personnel and contractors- Advise and prepare project proposal along with preliminary budget analysis in both Phase 1 & Phase 2.

- Worked with many local public utilities in order to inspect and redesign their current underground network containments, splice chambers and transformer vaults, in New England.- On site field investigations included confined space entries into both splice chambers and network transformer vaults and consisted of gathering structural condition data for later analysis and presentation to our clients.- Worked closely with the clients in order to fulfill project goals and well as public needs and interests.

- Started employment days after graduating college and under the guidance of the Principal Engineer became the Lead Engineer responsible for overall project analysis and design.- Our projects were of many different ranges and scopes and consisted of hospitals, middle and elementary schools, residences, office and retail structures.- Worked closely with clients and architects during the project conception as well as with contractors and Project Managers during the construction phase.
