I'm an RD specializing in IBS and digestive health and a yoga instructor, as well as a researcher, writer and a content creator. I firmly believe that good health is multifaceted and that factors like diet, movement and stress management all play a role. This is especially true for IBS management, so I put my skills to work and created the Butterfly Effect IBS membership website.
