Management of emergency services and restoration projects

-Evaluation and expansion of the CARROT (Culinary Arts Retail Restaurant Operations Training) program-Conduct interviews with national not for profits to compile information- environmental scan-Create report based on findings to provide recommendations for expansion -Development of additional curriculum modules to expand roster of available courses

I was hired for a three month period to facilitate a literacy based art workshop. The group of autistic children worked towards creating a personalised comic. There was a focus on positive interpersonal relationships while targeting literacy.
