Current•Collaborates on talent management and talent acquisition projects associated with attracting, sourcing, developing, and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce through theuse of Boolean searches and ATS.•Acts as a talent advisor with key stakeholders to identify innovative marketing, media, and recruitment strategies.•Full-cycle recruitment of candidates including salary negotiations, serving as a point of contact for more than 20 requisitions while reducing overtime costs by $80K.• Core member of a four-member recruitment team whose efforts resulted in a 300% reduction in overtime costs, and a 49% reduction in overall attrition. • Negotiates and extends compensation offers within established guidelines or obtains required approval if outside of guidelines. • Notifies candidates of rejections, terminations, downsizing, layoffs, and reassignment of duties.• Fills positions within designated time-to-fill requirements. • Contributes to the design of recruitment-related materials; explores marketing best practices in recruitment and makes appropriate recommendations. • Develops a talent pipeline by soliciting and establishing working relationships with various candidate resources and potential candidates (peer banks, professional organizations, networking events, technical/trade schools, job fairs, etc.). • Completes recruitment activity reports and manages recruitment time to fill goals and vacancy statistics. • Establishes and maintains an excellent relationship with hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and the HR team.
