This role involved marketing software solutions and infrastructure sales to global, HCLS and large enterprise accounts in AZ and UT. I promoted 3rd party software from 200+ manufacturers, Dell hardware and peripherals, Dell IP and software services engagements. I fully owned key customer relationships and orchestrated full lifecycle of customer engagement; served as trusted advisor and business consultant. ► Established $5 million enterprise agreement with major HCLS customer, comprised of new business and software license renewals.► Won $6 million competitive bid with national web hosting services leader, for whom Dell was incumbent but client’s CFO elected to call for proposals. ► Saved jeopardized $2 million relationship with B2B sports industry firm by providing dedicated account services Dell didn’t normally provide on smaller accounts.► Integrally contributed to growing a software client’s business, by providing hardware subject matter expertise to enhance their $2 million account.

I advanced to this position to sell large enterprise solutions in the Desert Mountain (Phoenix) territory. My scope encompassed pre- and post-sales, all while cultivating long-term customer advisor relationships. I collaborated with an outside field account executive. ► 2011: Achieved 178% blended attainment for 1st half ’11, and 144% attainment for FY ’11 at 29% margin. Named ISR Power Player of the Half. ► Delivered $2 million in new revenue by developing data center for public utility company. Guided 4-month initiative to build quotes and issue technical specifications.► Attained $4 million enterprise account with national defense contractor from Belgium acquiring series of US contractors who were all individually Dell customers. ► Conducted project management for $3 million store refresh initiatives for national restaurant chain. Issued price quotes, ordered HW/SW, built configuration scenarios and coordinated equipment delivery.

I joined Dell to conduct software and peripheral sales to small and mid-market accounts nationally. I administered ~100 accounts.► 2007: Named Software & Peripherals Representative of the Year, Awarded Circle of Excellence.► Achieved 165% of quota in Q1 ’07.
