I started working as a Technical Support Representative for a year for a well-known brand router and networking tools based in USA. It gave me knowledge in handling proper customer care on the phone while handling their technical issues. Then I begin to work in an IT company as an Account Supervisor handling four different accounts/projects and directly reporting to the clients based in the USA. Under these accounts, I handled 16 full time staff to support the clients' needs which includes social media marketing, email blasts for product promotions, sales monitoring, online product updates, and customer lead generation. This work gave me the knowledge and skills on how to approach clients and present or submit reports on a weekly basis through email or online conference calls. After a year, I was then transferred to handle the Admin department for the same company as an Admin Manager handling the Accounting, HR and Recruitment departments. Here I learned how the back end of a company works. I learned the skills on how to deal with different types of personalities and knowing the applicant's skills set when applying for a certain position. Around this time I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a little over a year as a part time job for the CEO of a startup company based in New Jersey, USA. This job made me learn the skills in booking appointments, confirming meetings and basically organizing everything for the CEO.After almost 2 years, I joined a different IT company as an Operations Manager. Here I oversee the company's entire operation. I handled 24 full time employees, 2 part time and 4-6 On-the-Job Trainees. I also do business development for the company, where they sent me to the USA or Hong Kong to do product training and do client meetings to promote and present to them the services we offer.I am also a Registered Nurse in the Philippines by profession still with an active license.
