Strategic consulting for a non-profit looking to expand low-income children's participation in federally-sponsored feeding programs, such as the National School Lunch Program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and the Afterschool Nutrition Programs that operate through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Project includes analyzing census data, developing engagement strategy, metrics for success, and influencing key stakeholders.

As President, substantially transformed this 30+ year organization. Updated both marketing and fundraising for this organization to be in-line with the fundraising and marketing platforms of today. Successfully advocated for the $3.6 million dollar renovation of the Verona Public Library. Transformed the keystone fundraiser, the late-fall annual book sale, by over 300% in five years. Increased fundraising for this organization from $2,500 in 2012 to $11,000 in 2016. Installed art display system to promote the arts in the community. Developed several programs for the library for both adults and children, including author events and "Family Night" programs for children.

Founder of Moms of Verona/Caldwell, a 200+ mothers organization organized on Meetup.com. Launched group with the intention of bringing local mothers together for socialization of both the mother and child. Includes sharing information on local events for families with member list and managing Facebook page with over 1,300 "likes" (@veronacaldwellmoms). Members of the meetup.com group paid dues annually.

As President, led this 90 year old General Federation of Woman's Club member organization to achieve its goals to support those in need in our community, improve the educational opportunities for students, protect the environment, and support key non-profits in Verona. Co-founded Verona Fights Hunger Week, a town-wide food drive that was coordinated between 20+ non-profits, the township, and public school system. It generated 800 bags of food donations for the Human Needs Food Pantry and $2,000 in cash donations in the first year. Verona Fights Hunger Week was honored by the New Jersey Federation of Woman's Clubs as one of the top Community Improvement Programs in the state. The project was also profiled nationally through the General Federation of Woman's Club's magazine.Also during my tenure the group co-funded and co-founded the Grove Street Nature Preserve in Verona, NJ, which received the 2016 ANJEC Environmental Achievement Award from the Association of NJ Environmental Commissions. The club donated $25,000 to Verona local non-profits and an additional $5,000 to state and national charities. Membership also grew under my two years of leadership from 33 members in 2014 to 58 members in 2016. The organization won several awards from the New Jersey Federation of Woman's Clubs, and were also recognized by the national General Federation of Woman's Clubs for the club's use of social media. As President oversaw Board of Directors and 25 volunteer-driven committees.

Successfully ran two key fundraisers for the Juniors. The first was a "tricky tray" fundraiser and dinner in January 2014 with 200+ attendees which raised over $12,000 in net profit. The event generated $62,100 in donated prizes, food, and entertainment from 100 businesses and featured over 150 baskets. As part of the leadership for this fundraiser oversaw several committees of volunteers that solicited baskets, food, ad journal sales, marketing, ticket sales, and entertainment. Over 50 volunteers helped to contribute to the event.Also ran the annual Juniors Discount Card fundraiser which generated $4,900 in profit for the organization. Twenty-two businesses agreed to provide discounts to the Juniors. The discounts are displayed on a plastic card the size of a credit card and sold for $20 each. Led this fundraiser and helped to solicit businesses on this card. Managed volunteers and marketing for this fundraiser.

Made improvements to the budget-tracking and fundraising allocations process and researched the appropriate tax filings for the organization. While as Treasurer successfully conceived and ran two fundraisers: Flags Out Front, which generated $1,000 in net profit, half of which was donated to a local veteran's organization, and a gift card raffle fundraiser, which generated over $1,500 in net profits.
