They manifest their ability to transform themselves, their community, culture, and history through participating in our showcases & volunteer opportunities. I work with an incredible team to develop strong infrastructure, programming and organizational culture as we expand our scope and impact. Our vision is to see Kollaboration grow and empower the AAPI community for generations to come.I presided as the San Francisco chapter's director for 4 years before moving on to oversee our current 14 city network as Global Executive Director. I worked in governance & compliance at Macys.com focusing on software licensing and database management for 2 years. I worked in Preventing Violence Against Women & Children conducting trainings, providing consultations & administrative support for 3 years.I developed a unique skill set rooted in leadership, positive attitude, and administration through my professional experience as corporate employee and grassroots leader. Though my journey may seem like hopscotch to some, there is a strong thread of vision, dedication to excellence, and an ethic of teamwork woven throughout. I believe these are the fundamentals for success for any profession, whether in arts, technology, medicine, public service, etc. It is my passion & my goal to impart these skills and attitudes to all the artists, leaders, and partners I work with throughout my career as Executive Director and also as an independent artist.
