I subsequently managed the NorthSTAR transition work stream for IT, and we implemented the changes required, including support for a new business model for the Local Mental Health Authorities, in unprecedented and record time. In 2017, I managed the requirements (Use Cases, UAT) and implementation of new or improved functionality for the Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) software platform supporting mental health and substance use disorder service delivery in Texas. -
