As IPT's first hire, I was brought on to help bring the founders vision to life. Responsible for POC to MVP launch of IPT’s LIMELIGHT 360, a cloud-based software solution powered by IPT’s proprietary IoT technologies. • Collaborate with engineering and the rest of the product team to develop, design and prioritize compelling product and product features• Incorporate feedback from beta tests and users to strengthen product offering • Research gathered and documented requirements to develop the prototype and initial customer facing version of the product, • Used problem solving skills to address user problems and problem-solve internally, finding ways to overcome constraints and optimize processes.• Liaise with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, effectively facilitate cross-team collaboration, present their ideas confidently, and communicate with empathy.

My primary role as the Development and Education Manager is to provide strategic educational support to Attero's sales force and our customers. This includes managing the Sales Associates team and their training program: creating supporting material, and developing engaging learning experiences and compelling course content, including field-based training. Externally facing, I work with our Territory Managers to identify target surgeons and coordinate medical education events throughout Attero's territories.
