Develops capital justification documents and forecast methodology that is submitted to Bermuda’s Regulatory Authority. Ensuring capital execution per proposed and creating variance reports for unanticipated changes.• Responsible and accountable for multiple operational cost centres ensuring expenditure is accurate per justification and financial forecast submitted to the Company and Bermuda’s Regulatory Authority.• Planning Section Chief in the Incident Command System structure during crisis event such as storms and hurricanes. Oversees incident-related data gathering and analysis regarding incident operations and assigned resources. Facilitates incident action planning meetings and preparing the Incident Action Plan (IAP) for each operational period in the event.

Bermuda

Worked with Distribution Planning Engineers to do long term and short term planning for new and current feeders from AltaLink substations using CYME and GIS tools.• Assessed approximately 600 winter and summer peaking feeders to be used for simulating the power distribution system by the planners, doing load allocation and load flow analysis.• Responsible for the Restoration Guide for field staff on a service area consisting of 8 substations, and 16 feeders – making sure to flag feeders that do not have back up capability on an N-1 contingency.
