Hello! I am an alumna of Simon Fraser University who holds a bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Legal Studies. I would like to acknowledge that I live, work, and study on the unceded lands of the Coast Salish peoples of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.My interest in public policy and social justice has taught me how to be compassionate with others and value egalitarian societies. I am a reliable, adaptable, and independent female who is an effective team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and values confidentiality. I have front line experience working with vulnerable women, newcomers and immigrants, and youth with disabilities in the non-profit industry. I have strong ties with various organizations and community connections that advocate for and support the well-being of vulnerable populations. I possess strengths in customer service, organizational skills, and work ethic developed through working for five years in the customer service industry.
