Key Account Specialist
Current• Serves as main point of contact for OEM and Hospitality customers via phone and email.• Issues, qualifies and negotiates B2B quotes.• Updates Customer Master Files.• Enters OEM sales orders to meet requested ship dates and customer specifications into SAP. • Coordinator for all Inter-company orders, domestic and international.• Answers and resolves inbound customer inquiries via phone, fax and email.• Works closely with planners located in multiple manufacturing locations to develop new products, change product specification, schedule product production, set up new item numbers, and meet customer ship dates.• Assists customer with resolving issues regarding product/s, shipping, billing, material returns and credits.• Screens and qualifies all new account inquiries and assists the OEM and Hospitality Sales Manager with new projects, pricing and production issues.• Provides transactional reporting to channel accounts (i.e. backorders open orders and sales numbers). • Issues and coordinates authorization for returned merchandise.• Reviews and processes credits for pricing discrepancies.• Advises Sales Personnel and customers regarding issues with Purchase Orders
