About Christine Pardos, Lcsw

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked with diverse populations ranging from children and young adults to adults and families within settings such as outpatient facilities, schools, career readiness and GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. I am passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, identity formation, self-esteem, and stress. I also welcome the LGBTQ+ community as well as people of other marginalized identities. In my practice, I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach and believe that trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapy process. The modalities I use in partnership with my clients may include EMDR, FLASH, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. I also have an extensive background in theater and enjoy integrating the arts into my practice when it aligns with my client’s goals and objectives.
