Work closely with Project and Program managers to ensure this agile program continues to provide IT solutions that allow us to meet the various rules and deadlines. I oversee investment of an annual demand budget of approx. $30M USD.Business Strategies and Roadmaps: work with business leaders to understand their near and long term strategies and align with architecture technology roadmaps, fostering partnerships between IT and the business. This allows us to forecast spend and manage costs. Heavily focused in our DoddFrank Regulatory and Compliance program as the IT focal point in a Senior Leader Steering Committee for these regulations. This area is especially challenging as the rules continue to evolve in a fast paced commodities trading environment. I also sponsor our Trading Business Analyst Network, help Shell recruit new talent at universities as an assessor, and mentor several employees in career development.
