This allows us to forecast spend and manage costs. Heavily focused in our DoddFrank Regulatory and Compliance program as the IT focal point in a Senior Leader Steering Committee for these regulations. This area is especially challenging as the rules continue to evolve in a fast paced commodities trading environment. I also sponsor our Trading Business Analyst Network, help Shell recruit new talent at universities as an assessor, and mentor several employees in career development. -
