I have worked in new homes construction since I was kid at my fathers home building company. Working around a construction site and watching him match the perfect home to each family, then to see him take that dream and build it into something that will live and grow with them for years and years made quite an impression on me. Nothing gives me more inspiration that to see this process happen and to be a part of it.
