My role at Integrity Staffing Solutions is to drive sales and ensure we’re providing the best possible service to our clients. Because I have a knack for networking and connecting people to one another, I’m also very dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and be true to themselves. I’m committed to our company’s associate-first philosophy, which focuses on both connecting associates with jobs and advocating for their success. This not only helps our associates exceed their own expectations and advance their careers, but it provides our clients with a dedicated and motivated workforce and contributes to the success of the communities we serve. Since joining the firm in 2001, I’ve had the opportunity to consistently use a wide range of my skills in recruitment and high volume staffing; new business development; team and relationship building; change management; negotiations; and financial analysis. As a results-oriented person, I enjoy being able to directly see how my contributions at Integrity Staffing Solutions have positively impacted our associates, clients, employees as well as my professional colleagues. I serve on the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) procurement council. I also served as a Board Member for the Independence Business Alliance of Philadelphia (2012-2015) and as President of the Delaware chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (2010-2012), where I provided leadership and direction to the 28-member Board of Directors and professional guidance to the group’s 350 annual members. I’m always interested in connecting with those who have a passion for ensuring all people have an opportunity to improve their lives.Outside of my dedication to helping others succeed, I like to travel, garden, sample craft beers, and love wines from Oregon.
