Seated in the Vice President's Office of Student Services, this role is a Jack-of-all-Trades. Internal marketing with fast turn around taking in latest data to present to leadership.Strategize student centered campaigns to bring awareness of varied services available.Event coordination to increase student exposure to cultural events and activities.Led campus-wide COVID-19 return to campus "VAXORTEST"initiative. This includes, but not limited to, emergent procedures and strategized application of support for faculty, staff, and students, as well as learning a new vendor product, as it evolved real-time.Operated with limited resources and taking full responsibility for tracking incoming calls, questions, and accommodation requests. Collaborated and troubleshoot with multiple partners across campus.Design, manage content, edit, proof, and send to print - the Student Services Handbook and Planner for each academic year. Including vendor research and cost. Manage and oversee distribution process.Assess and determine logistics for Student Services events on and off campus for multiple programs. Provide design and production assistance on event tools and presentations.Prepare and deliver presentations regarding latest updates to campus/division-wide on special projects and initiatives.Supervised part-time staff and assigned activities/tasks.Initiate business continuity planning documents.Coordinated implementation of a new chatbot on Mt SAC websites. Focused on student services programs to validate questions and answers. Train and support end users. Tested prior iterations and products.
