Evolved the online and in-store digital custom jewelry customer experience and introduced a new customization platform for the home goods product

Developed a business plan for a new same day delivery service in New York. Researched customer demographics, designed a technology solution to support the business, hired staff and launched the business inside the business at the Union Square store. Led the first full company cross functional consumer facing store digital application implementation, Color IQ (store digital skin tone matching application) which drove expected results of increased foundation sales in all channels and market share.Selected, designed and built Microsoft Dynamics AX Financials, Retail and Point of Sale system to support the opening of the brick and mortar business in Brazil which included the integration of the acquired ecommerce business and 2 - 3PL warehouses.Upgraded legacy SAP platform (15 years old) with new hardware, operating system and database and technical SAP upgrade without business disruption utilizing FileSociety transfer technology to migrate the SAP instance from Singapore to a new data center in North Carolina. Enabled Dot Com fulfillment and DR, utilizing Red Prairie WMS, out of the Utah distribution center in order to improve customer service on the West Coast by enabling a 3-day shipping SLA. This multi- million dollar project was delivered 4 months, 1 week early, on budget without any critical issues. Within weeks of implementation, Hurricane Sandy forced activation of the designed disaster recovery functionality; both DC’s worked as expected.
