As one of the first U.S. employees, I built out the Solutions Engineering team and wore multiple hats across technical and business functions. Key accomplishments included:• Led technical initiatives including sales engineering, developer support, and front-end development to drive adoption of the SKALE Network Layer 2 blockchain• Managed developer and validator communities while creating technical resources and documentation for network integration• Oversaw the successful launch and exchange listing process of the SKL token on major platforms including Coinbase and Binance• Handled diverse operational responsibilities spanning HR, QA, product management, IT, and customer success to support company growth

Managed the evaluation process to determine how well the company's experimentation tool would integrate with potential clients' existing technology stacks. This involved overseeing the creation of customized demonstrations for various platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet, and TV devices. I directed the use of a range of programming languages and technologies to build these demos. This work helped marketing, development, and product management teams understand how Optimizely could integrate with their systems.

Managed the implementation of the product across various platforms, adapting to different client needs and custom setups.

Continued supporting the BlueKai product after its acquisition by Oracle. My expertise expanded to include work with Eloqua and Responsys, further enhancing our digital marketing capabilities.

Managed digital marketing processes, overseeing media campaigns, cost calculations, and performance assessments. Working closely with clients' web developers and engineers, I offered technical guidance and support from initial setup to final production deployment, including quality assurance phases.

Developed a user interface for deploying software defined networks. This work involved creating new parts of the interface that interacted with an API to set up firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers through the Embrane product. I also carried out use case studies and collaborated with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve the interface design. This role required both technical skills in web development and the ability to work across different teams to understand user needs.

Built mobile apps for various devices including iPads, Kindle Fires, Nooks, iPhones, and Android devices. My work involved creating a repeatable approach for developing mobile apps for our customers. I also helped customers implement these apps across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. This role required skills in mobile web development and the ability to create apps that worked well on different devices.

Lead the Product Innovation team, where I created prototypes for new features to improve the product and add value for customers. I also set up the Partner Support program, which helped partners in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions implement and sell Baynote's product.

Developed a system for tracking government bases and managing military shipments, which was used by the Department of Defense (DoD). I also helped build and maintain the Defense Travel System.
