I help people choose courage over comfort so they can make greater impact. Presently, I’m a senior executive at Boehringer serving as the US TA Head, Mental Health Franchise. I am responsible for building a new franchise, a strong, purpose drive culture along with necessary capabilities to prepare for launches to champion every mind for generations. Prior to Boehringer, I was VP, Sales and Customer Engagement at Otsuka leading & shaping an organizational wide Customer Engagement transformation centered on the patient journey. I led a sales organization along with regional operations, customer strategy & launch preparation. Prior to Otsuka, I was at J&J, Head of Neuroscience Franchise Strategy & Customer Solutions. I established an important capability & led strategy development & marketing execution across the portfolio, as well as ensured synergistic market access & payer strategies, customer & patient experiences, development of care transition models, & sites of care. I served on the Race to Health Equity core team & enterprise wide ASIA ERG leadership team. Prior to J&J, I was VP of Marketing, Bone & CV BU at Amgen responsible for leading marketing teams. I also served as an interim GM. Prior to Amgen, I was VP of Patient Centric Strategy & Solutions at Novo Nordisk where I successfully infused organizational approach to patient centricity delivering positive outcomes & commercial impact. I effectively led an organizational wide initiative to transform Customer Engagement and launched an Engagement Platform to improve customer experience, enhance sales & marketing customer focus to help improve patient behavior, better meet practice needs, & deliver relevant, differentiated solutions. I also co-led Global Digital Health Strategy. I am also Co-Founder & CEO for MVP: Momentum & Value for People of Color.
