Christine Sills is a commercial real estate advisor with over 16 years’ experience in the industry. She is an expert in feasibility analysis, project underwriting, and highest and best use analysis. As a manager for the Advisory practice of Zonda, she is actively engaged in market analysis and investment strategy primarily for REITs and large regional or national developers of multifamily or mixed-used projects. Christine also actively consults in real estate valuation and provides quarterly appraisal services for Fortune 500 companies.Formerly, Christine worked in a similar capacity as a manager in Alvarez & Marsal’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice. There she focused primarily on portfolio workouts >$100 million in size for commercial banks, including Wachovia and Capmark, and spent 18-months onboard the restructuring team for the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Throughout her career, Christine has worked with all functions of real estate in markets across the United States including valuation, acquisitions/dispositions, development, and asset management. In addition, she owns and manages a personal portfolio of residential and commercial assets in Austin, Texas.Christine holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance as well as a Master’s in Real Estate from Texas A&M University and received her MAI Designation in 2017. She currently resides in Austin, Texas with her fellow Aggie husband and two children.
