• Delivering client projects in the life sciences and energy & renewables GTM together with a team of experienced consultants, conducting knowledge gathering and analysis work for both internal and external projects.• Crafting proposal work and developing project plans, presentations, and resource planning to develop new business concepts and strategies.• Supporting client tasks, ensuring project progress, and contributing to long-term internal projects, including the development of new business concepts and strategies.

• Support project leader for product launch excellence.• Internal and external data analysis and desk research.• Monitor and ensure research agency execute on brief – sample section, questionnaire, report delivery etc.• Support reviewing template building like PPT template, excel model, etc.

• Stakeholder management with stakeholders such as The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Japanese Embassy, and The Danish Foreign Policy Society.• Managing event logistics, finances, and administrative tasks, while also being responsible for creating presentations and marketing materials.• Performing market research and identifying suitable professors and business associates to our events of typically 100 participants.

• Supporting global and regional strategy deployment to increase profitable sales (market research, strategy analyses, identify new business opportunities to reach Net Zero targets and SDGs, business cases with prospects of two-digit million USD revenue generation).• Key Account Management (KAM) and communication with external customers (mainly Unilever) and internal stakeholders.• Business development, project management, and global commercial tasks using numerous digital platforms, such as Salesforce, SAP, Euromonitor, MyBis (Excel analytics), Citrix, VMware.

• Event management (logistics, finances, administrative tasks, etc.) for our events with 120-170 participants.• Business development and strategy (strategic thinking and execution, organisational management).• Stakeholder communication with various speakers, sponsors etc.

• Assisting in the full recruitment cycle; planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.• Planning and executing HR events with over 200 participants, all of which, engaged to foster a positive working culture.• Coordinating with our HR- & TA Partners to identify and fulfil staffing needs.
