I am involved in all areas of GSFS Group's Training & Development: I manage a team, mentor another team, lead training classes, in-store coaching and development, as well as curriculum development. I enjoy working in the classroom environment, training our Training & Development Managers in all areas of Classroom Management, working one-on-one with fellow Field Managers, dealer-partners and customers alike. Helping cultivate behaviors, processes, and interpersonal skills for better performance and optimizing a customer's experience is something I find great joy in.

In addition to facilitating classes, coaching and in-dealership development, I led the Training & Development Managers as well as mentored the Performance Development Management Team.

I oversaw all aspects of the talent side of human resources including college recruiting, interviewing, learning and training initiatives, associate development and associate recognition. I really enjoyed growing teams, leading associate development and helping grow the culture of Principle Auto within the San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Mississippi and Tennessee markets.

Houston, Texas Area

While I focused on starting our family, I transitioned back into a sales consultant role to allow a more flexible work schedule. In doing so, I also took on additional responsibilities regarding facilitating recruiting/hiring/training process for all college graduates at the four Houston locations. In addition to selling and recruiting, I trained thirty-five associates over a period of thirty-six months and realized how much recruiting, hiring and training had become a passion of mine.

Sewell Saab Hummer of Plano---As a sales manager, my primary responsibilities were to recruit, hire and train sales associates then assist them in reaching their sales objectives, manage the inventory and manage the department's expenses. While hiring and training new associates, I realized the importance of dedicated training and began to develop a program that would be eventually adapted company-wide.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area
