I work with companies on a variety of organisational projects, in particular leadership development and culture change. I grew up in Northern Ireland, but have lived in the US, Dublin, Isle of Man and now Cork, Ireland. I am passionate about justice, equality, seeing more women in leadership positions and ultimately helping organisations do the right thing for their people. I work with organisations to develop the right solution for their business. Organisations are made up of people, but we often neglect to understand the businesses greatest asset. Utilising psychological principles and evidence we look to gain insight into employee behaviours and thoughts in relation to their work, and how this can help inform decisions on where organisational improvements can be made. We work with organisations on processes such as Selection and Assessment, Leadership Development, Organisational Change & Employee Well-being. My aim is to ensure that clients receive outstanding service and that their solution has been designed in a methodical and thoughtful approach. We look at the latest evidence regarding practices to identify the most suitable outcome.
