Recruited by General Steel Corporation due to my social media marketing skills. Responsibilities included social media activities, administrative functions and answering multi-line phone. Social media duties included writing lead-in content for posts to multiple social platforms, scheduling posts in Sprout Social and Hootsuite and responding to messages. Other duties included setting up new leads and contractors in Salesforce, CRM, Highrise and Zendesk and responding to help desk tickets inquiries using Zendesk.

Responsible for performing social media scheduling for multiple high-performance computing clients using Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Facebook and LinkedIn. Within these duties, I also conducted searches for applicable content for posting, writing text for posts, and devising the appropriate times and dates for postings. Another aspect of my job was to build social media strategies. This required me to outline an action plan and schedule for overall social media for campaigns and trade shows. In this role, I devised the posting schedule, platforms to utilize, while keeping track of key dates, sponsors and presenters. This position also required me to prepare PowerPoint presentations on social media metrics, trends, and recommendations. In performing this task, monthly tracking and analysis was completed and on-going review was conducted to see where changes could be made to increase engagement and visibility. Monthly research was performed to continually monitor best practices to identify changes and make appropriate modifications to the social media plans.

Held two positions while at QualMed. The last position I held was Marketing Coordinator. In this position, I was responsible for the purchasing functions for the Denver and Pueblo Sales office, created marketing materials using Excel and Word, updated marketing fliers, brochures and benefit summaries. Also in this position, I prepared cost analysis and comparisons on printed materials, coordinated the updating of Denver and Southern Colorado provider directories, and tracked usage and consumption of printed materials for budgetary purposes. I also created and maintained the marketing material system to stay in compliance with Department of Insurance requirements.My role as Sales Assistant had me reporting directly to the Regional Director of Sales. In this role, I prepared monthly revenue, membership and sales reports, analyzed data comparing QualMed versus the competition for Colorado and New Mexico, coordinated off-site outings and broker meetings, and was the purchasing contact for the Denver office for all printed and promotional materials.

Was also responsible for analyzing data submitted from client hospitals to prepare baseline savings reports, devising staffing plans from information obtained from hospital daily staffing schedules and preparing reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
