Hi! 👋 I'm Christine & I am a mixy-mixy scientist, aka an R&D formulation scientist and a speaker!𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀: 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭I love to be curious, I love to learn and I love mixing things together. When I was little, you could always find me mixing different ingredients together, hoping to make something explode, but instead spilling things everywhere and making a mess. This is where my passion for formulation science started! As I have gotten older, my passion for formulation is ever-growing and my curiosity to create is something that excites me every day and something I continue to explore in my current role, working on innovative oral formulations for nutritional & medicinal purposes.𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁: 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫Outside of my curiousity & love to learn, I love to speak at events & facilitate workshops. One of my speaking passions is using LinkedIn. Through studying science, I found there were little to no resources on how to excel at LinkedIn, let alone how to use it. Resources that were relative to students, easy to implement and actionable. I started doing my own research and a few years in, I have now run multiple workshops, helping 200+ students in understanding and utilising LinkedIn to excel their career and job prospects. Other topics I am passionate about include careers in science, volunteering & leadership.If I am not delved in the lab or running workshops, I am offering my hand, being a leader, volunteering my time in STEM, mentoring youth, rollerblading, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or putting my creativity into use, creating posters, presentations, videos and so on!A few fun facts about me: 🏊 I have been swimming since I was little and try to swim every week!🏅 I have done a mud obstacle course. Twice.
