Owned digital volunteer recruitment and voter education in the final weeks of the election. I conceptualized, scheduled, wrote, and produced digital organizing content across platforms, including emails, SMS, social media posts (organic and promoted), MobilizeAmerica landing pages, and NGP action pages.

I worked to monitor, analyze, and assist campaigns for federal office. I successfully identified dozens of potential candidates for federal office, as well as the appropriate point of contact for their prospective digital fundraising teams. I was able to guide these campaigns through the entity set-up process, help them on launch day, and explain the basics of how to use ActBlue. I was also able to provide support for existing campaigns, helping them optimize their landing pages and make best use of ActBlue's features.I increased the usage and understanding of HTML/CSS in the design of landing pages within ActBlue. I was able to do so by creating an extensive guide explaining what CSS is, sharing best practices and templates, and providing a glossary of potential selectors and declarations, as well as by leading trainings on HTML/CSS and branding creation for staff members and interns. I served as a user liaison to ActBlue's developers as they created and continue to enhance the Better Brandings UI and continue to work to surface user questions and requests to be addressed in updated versions of the interface. I developed a system for tracking and understanding the health of recurring donation programs, including a network of over 100 interlocking Google sheets of campaign data and analytics. After identify the metrics most key to maintaining a successful recurring donation, I set up formulas that would automatically calculate each of those metrics (and more) with only a bit of necessary data cleanup. I also came up with a system that takes the quantitative results from the recurring audits and translates them onto a clear scale to allow for a direct comparison of multiple programs.

I supported the Authentic Campaigns team in the design and production of digital content for political clients. I primarily assisted the team's designers, creating client style guides and email templates, preparing photo assets in Adobe Suite, and designing fundraising landing pages.

I identified and reached out to campaigns and organizations who could improve their digital fundraising through ActBlue. Whether recruiting new campaigns and organizations to use our platform, creating custom brandings for current users, or helping groups integrate new features, I was dedicated to making sure Democratic groups were running the most effective fundraising program possible.

Working with nearly 1,000 donors, I was able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues, quickly identify and correct user error, and deepen understanding of ActBlue and its mission.I also tackled projects for departments around the organization, including developing a new intern training guide, updating committee contribution forms, and compiling legal research that allowed our team to expand to dozens of new counties and municipalities.

After my promotion to Field Director, I planned and executed the campaign's successful Get Out the Vote effort for the preliminary election. On Election Day, I oversaw and supported volunteer stations around the city.In preparation for the election, I analyzed internal data to create a targeted field plan, balancing high-support and high-turnout areas to maximize staff and volunteer efforts.I collaborated with other leadership to develop campaign messaging based on the needs and concerns I heard from local voters, volunteers, and activists. I then used this messaging to develop persuasive outreach scripts, emails, social media posts, and campaign literature.

As Volunteer and Youth Coordinator, I managed campaign headquarters, where I recruited, interviewed, scheduled, and trained new volunteers and fellows. To connect these volunteers with voters, I planned and prepared campaign events including door-to-door canvasses, high-traffic canvasses, phone banks, and more. I created training guides for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and usage of online systems such as VoteBuilder, which helped dedicated supporters develop their own organizing skills, even planning and executing events of their own.

I led a class of local 8th-graders in lobbying their school to fund a new sex education program. After lessons about legislative processes and activism techniques, the students were able to apply their new skills to garner support from teachers, parents, and fellow students, and present their proposal to school leadership.

Taking care of campers ages 6-16, I planned detailed schedules for weekly activities. I also was tasked with providing daily Bible Study sessions, for which I created lesson plans combining readings, games, and crafts that were age-appropriate for the participants.
