I kept the office running smoothly so that the programming and sales mavericks at Havok could focus on making the world a more awesome place.

I assumed responsibility for ensuring that all marketing for the mall was implemented. I also saw to it that all specialty tenants were operating in compliance with their contracts, including maintaining current legal documentation. I also proofed all mall visuals and ensured their proper installation.

I assisted customers in the invitation design process and then took their requests and designed their dream invitations with the Mountain Cow program. For more involved orders, I assisted customers in placing orders with our vendors and handled the hands-on assembly required with some orders.

I designed advertisements for clients and trouble-shot incoming ads. I also helped design the layout of the advertisements in the weekly paper and monthly magazine, and ensured that all ads were placed correctly prior to press.
