I am an experienced and highly motivated individual with a demonstrated history of working in the education, caregiving, and hospitality industries. I transitioned from my role in education to become an independent caregiver for a family that has a child with special needs. The skills that I acquired in the education field have been stretched and added to within my current role. I have multiple years of experience in early childhood education and special education. During my time in the education field, I obtained knowledge and skills related to the implementation of applied behavior analysis. I worked with young children of various special populations, including children on the autism spectrum, children with speech delays, and children with physical and/or physiological differences. Previous to that, I have 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During that time, I was able to be in customer service roles that allowed me to interact with customers in a meaningful way. I was able to apply my knowledge and skills related to office organization and employee management in a way that supported my colleagues as well as our customers.
