Manage a list of target staff and local physicians. Responsible for 120-150 physicians at any given time. Handle all relations with current medical staff and any issues that arise. Accountable for planning and developing strategic initiatives to achieve sales objectives, and physician on-boarding• Implemented an ‘on-time surgery cut guideline’ for the Orthopedic groups and Medial Directors to use to effectively coordinate the surgical start time and better achieve an Operating Room that worked to achieve better turnaround time and patient, staff and surgeon satisfaction.
