Access Media Productions is a non-profit community media and technology center located on the Monterey Peninsula in California. AMP's mission is to promote free speech, civic engagement, government transparency, and public dialogue by enabling easy access to the expanding world of media. AMP does this by providing the public training in and access to the tools and techniques of digital video, and by producing and distributing locally relevant non-commercial content via digital media outlets.As the Executive Director of Access Media Productions, Christine's primary task is to facilitate community engagement and partnerships throughout the peninsula.

Oversees, directs, and organizes the work of the Human Resources, Finance, Museum Operations, Museum Restoration,and Facilities departments. Establishes and monitors employee performance and development goals, assigns accountabilities, sets objectives, establishes priorities, conducts performance reviews, administers salary adjustments and administers benefits, including health and 401K plans. Mentors and develops employees to be successful within the organization. Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values service, resourcefulness, learning and a commitment to quality. Contributes to the development of the Hornet's strategic plan as well as the overall management of the organization.

Ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the branch; and provides a high level of customer relations and service. Ensures compliance with American Pacific Mortgage policies and procedures. Provides supervision and support to all assigned areas of branch operations where service or assistance is needed. Reinforces the application of superior customer service by example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees; conducts specific periodic meetings and presentations with all staff members. Conducts required staff meetings on such issues as compliance, operations, policy changes, etc. Assists in business development activities and solicitation of new business; actively involved in instilling and maintaining a positive sales environment through education of TreeHouse Mortgage Group products and services; ensures the organization of the branch, coordinating available resources (e.g., staff, materials, etc.) for maximum results.Assures audit compliance and procedure quality control through the branch operational review and recommends and initiates corrective actions. Ensures the branch is in compliance with established policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.Contributes to the overall profitability of the branch; implements costs controls, income generation and branch marketing efforts; monitors expenses to ensure compliance with budget.

Saw approximately 35 mental health clients a week in a clinic helping the underserved in the community.
