Christine Y. Kim is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School as part of the Class of 2026. As part of her MBA experience, she was selected to be part of the Toigo Foundation's Real Estate Cohort, honored as a Goldie Scholar, and awarded the Past Presidents' Scholarship by Crew NY. Prior to business school, Christine explored various roles in real estate. She was a Portfolio Manager at Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE: EPRT) and an Investment Associate at Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT), both publicly traded REITs in the net lease real estate industry. Previously, she also explored real estate startups at Tailorbird, a Series A companies backed by the most prominent venture capital firms like NFX, Fifth Wall, and more. Christine's most exciting real estate project was when she was at Related Companies working on the Hudson Yards Development, a 28-acre redevelopment on the west side of Manhattan. Her focus was developing 30 Hudson Yards. Prior to her real estate experience, Christine was an Investment Banking Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She was honored as a Scholarship of Distinction recipient from the firm during her time as an intern. While she pursues her career, Christine is also invested in leading and volunteering at various non-profit organizations like Redefine Her Street and Korea Finance Society.Christine graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in Political Science. During her time at the College, she was elected Student Body President and served as the ex-officio member on the Board of Managers. As an alum, she was part of the Alumni Council and served for two years.
