Directed a development program raising $1.5 million annually.Along with the Director of Programs, guided the organization during a leadership transition that occurred at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Provided support to the "This Is Our Time" $10 million capital campaign for the Carondelet Athletics Complex, including collateral development, building prospect lists, gift charts, campaign events and prospect profiles.In collaboration with the rest of the Development Department, executed all fundraising strategies for the school: individual and institutional giving through all channels including direct mail, online giving, special events, social media, major donor programs, and planned giving.Effectively built and maintained relationships with all constituencies including students, parents, faculty/staff, alumnae, and community stakeholders. Managed the 100th Anniversary Campaign for Girls, a 5-year campaign to raise $20 million for Girl Scouts of Northern California.Solicited four and five figure gifts to the campaign and stewarded donor relationships.Coordinated the campaign committee tasked with donor identification, cultivation, and solicitation.Developed campaign marketing materials, internal donor management procedures, and gift policies.

Conceptualized and implemented a new special event program to include fundraising luncheons, speaker series and donor cultivation events geared toward engaging with existing individual donors and attracting new donorsPlanned the first MS Luncheon in Sacramento, raising over $60,000 and provided the first opportunity to introduce Sacramento corporate donors to the NMSSAdvised members of the Board of Directors and the Chapter President on best practices for fundraising through events

Executed all aspects of the events program with an annual goal of just under $1,000,000. Events included:Paving the Way Gala, annual celebration dinner held at the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco featuring pre-event reception, dinner, program and live and silent auctions. The 2007 event raised over $325,000 with 400 guests in attendance.
