I began my career in management consulting in 1996, primarily focused on customer strategy, business architecture, systems implementation and e-ventures. Since then I have moved between corporate and digital start-ups in retail financial services. My experience and skill lies at the intersection of client proposition, technology, service and marketing. I am passionate about creating and working with organisations obsessed with their clients, focused on their people, and mindful of their impact on society and the environment. I'm an enthusiastic participant in shaping the future we want to leave behind.In my current role at Allan Gray, the largest privately owned investment manager in South Africa, I'm responsible for the self-directed investor channel and high net worth segment. I chair the retail executive committee and serve on the Consumer Financial Education standing committee of the Association for Savings and Investments South Africa.
