Led innovative geospatial product and solution development. ▪ Awarded 2010 Motorola Bravo Award for creating NLCD semi-automated object based change detection process.▪ Developed custom processes that maximized available data and enhanced digital mapping and productivity.▪ Guided and supervised team from requirements gathering through production to post project support. ▪ Delivered qualification and capabilities presentations to customers, staff, ESRI International User Conference and Partner Conference attendees.

Led transition from topographic mapping to more advanced data manipulation and analysis. Developed and documented process for orthorectification, Erdas unsupervised/supervised classification and object based feature extraction utilizing Trimble eCognition.▪ Researched and developed remote sensing classification methodology for Motorola Geographic Data Services. ▪ Awarded 2005 Motorola Bravo Award for Erdas Imagine classification workflow and technical documentation.▪ Researched market for state-of-the-art GIS development tools. Responsible for selecting Trimble eCognition, creating a major advancement in raster data creation and analysis.

Digitized and attributed topographic maps for use in wireless network planning and design. Created digital elevation models, landuse, and road network datasets. Projected, rectified and appended numerous datasets from varying scales to form seamless datasets.
