About Chris Orr

I’ve been working in Telecoms since 2009 beginning as a service engineer for ISP Virgin Media before progressing to Network Engineer and then Principal Network Engineer; a technical supervisor role. My most recent position is a Project engineer for Magdalene on the SPEN contract.I worked in network operations for 8 years and I’m experienced in fibre fault restoration and fibre testing, I have worked with hybrid and full-fibre networks and have also supported high-capacity core and business products.I have experience as a supervisor and I’m building on this by working towards an APM qualification while enjoying work on projects on energy networks.
