I was in this position for just over a year and then got the opportunity to further my career in the bond origination industry (private sector). The banks were a good learning curve especially the sales and home loan division. I could now sell like a sales guru and new the ethics/core of how a new home loan transaction worked and got structured. I unfortunately got retrenched from the bond origination company and fortunately got a new opportunity in the property bridging finance space in 2007 at Propcred now called Prevance. I’m in this industry ever since, started as a sales consultant and soon become the No1 sales executive after just a few years. Following from this achievement I was offered the National Sales& Marketing position in February 2015 and is currently still holding the position with passion, pride and enthusiasm. I have the honor working alongside heavy weights of the business world in SA i.e Carlos Dos Santos the founder of the most successful companies ever in SA Cash & Carry , Clicks, Score, Prevance Capital, Inyathi Game Reserve an many others and our CEO Lewis Freidus also extremely successful which I work with very closely and have huge respect for both.I gain more and more experience from them every day and learn non stop which money can't buy.
