Due to my accuracy and productivity, I was promoted to the Quality Assurance team who perform internal auditing.In this role, my duties included: Demonstrating attention to detail when auditing complaints ensuring that the appropriate procedures have been followed regarding decisions on complaints and that the redress and response letter are correct. Providing feedback and guidance to colleagues, especially those in accreditation period.  Applying telephone skills and listening skills like empathy and initiative in phone calls to customers regarding their complaint. Performing careful checks to avoid any DPA/GDPR or SLA breaches.  Experience working across different work streams and managing my time to meet targets.  Taking on board and responding to any feedback I receive to further my own learning.
