LeadershipConducting firm’s strategic planning process to refine the firm’s mission, vision and values and assess it’s current state;Evaluating and overseeing all business expansion opportunities, including merger and acquisition opportunities; Setting of business goals and directing resources to attain these firm goals Assisting direct reports with setting and meeting their goals;2. Human ResourcesApproving and interviewing of all possible new hires, promotions and any disciplinary action, including firing of employees;Managing of all training office requirements including annual site visits and communications with SAIPA and trainees3. MarketingDeveloping of relationships to cultivate healthy business relationships and referral systemsRepresenting the firm at events and firm functions to promote the firm and services offeredAssisting with preparation of marketing and sales material4. SalesPerforming of presentations where neededReviewing all prospective clients to ensure good fit and accept clients; Reviewing and approving all proposals to clients.5. Client ServiceManaging of the firm’s clients expectations;Handling escalated client concerns as warranted;6. Risk ManagementEnsuring the firm is protected against risk including managing the firm’s insurance and legal interface.7.
