I am a determined character, with a focus to succeed in everything that I do, whilst delivering customer, employee and shareholder satisfaction. I believe that delivering success through people is the key to long term, sustainable success in any business.I regard my strengths as profit delivery through developing, leading and retaining the right people in key positions and focusing on and prioritising the real drivers of a business.I have worked in the automotive environment since 2002 as a part time Site Manager for Stratstone Land Rover. I went on to qualify for an NVQ level 3 in 'Customer Service in the Motor Industry' providing inclusion to be a Member of Institute of the Motor Industry status (MIMI), which was invaluable to my career progression. I have gained extensive operational, retail sales experience complementing my career within the automotive industry winning many national awards within the Ford Retail group alongside some healthy experience within other manafacturers.
