Participated actively in the Restructuring program of the Eurobank Group. Lead negotiator, contract and SLA shaper for the overall deal(b) The Project Management (IT Stream) for the merging between Eurobank and the Hellenic Postbank in Greece(c) The deployment and transformation of a new Core Banking Platform in the Group's banking subsidiary in Turkey (Eurobank Tekfen Bank)(d) The hot cell construction of the new Data Center of the Eurobank Group in Bucharest and the relocation of the operations there(e) The concession of the banking subsidiaries in Poland, Romania and Ukraine.
