Since 2005 I have worked within commerce, mostly e-commerce, at numerous companies in different roles. In the majority of the roles I have been senior and supported my colleagues as mentor and team manager. In the companies I worked with I have engaged in developing commercial strategies for the pre-, during, and post-purchase interactions with the partnering company and our common consumers. By going beyond traditional campaigns, especially by incorporating data, mobile, desktop and instore tactics, the purpose is to help the brands guarantee valuable engagement and drive customer loyalty and increased retention. 2021 I have also started Gotland Padelcenter together with my co-founders.
