As a founding member of a team tasked with building an e-commerce search engine for the ikea.com website I played a key role in scoping and prioritizing work, defining performance metrics, and communicating with stakeholders during the early stages of the project. I was part of a small team designing and developing a new web platform and architecture for content and e-commerce, based on micro-services and distributed teams.
