The complexity and continuous evolution in manufacturing, specifically print and packaging, demand a leadership style which is fluid, able to move amidst ambiguity, whilst simultaneously remaining results driven. My focus is to help businesses to perform as highly profitable, efficient and sustainable organisations.I have worked as part of or alongside executive teams, drawing upon my experience as transformational leader, entrepreneurial thinker and visionary to deliver unique insights and bottom-line impact. My ability to assess needs, design solutions and build implementation teams led to my rise in the well-known manufacturing concern Novus Holdings Pty (Ltd). My visionary leadership style develops highly motivated and empowered management teams, inspiring them with a clear sense of direction, resulting in phenomenal business success.I am drawn to environments that are built on principles of transparency and collaboration, and where innovative approaches to solving challenging and meaningful problems are embraced.
