I provide Work Strategy Coaching for neurodivergent professionals, helping people to match their work strategies to how they think, and to live their potential and work at their best. I have over 26 years of experience in coaching and facilitation, and I use Clean Coaching, Symbolic Modelling and Relational Dynamic Coaching to help people to clarify direction, discover and identify resources and support, resolve issues, make decisions, take action and reduce stress.I also offer personal and professional transformative coaching for individuals and groups, as a Coaching and Facilitation Practitioner. I work with people who are interested in going more deeply into something, to welcome the reality and possibilities of life more directly, and to meet themselves and life more fully. I use a mix of creative tools and coaching methods, including Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling, to facilitate this process. In addition, I have extensive experience and expertise in working with neurodiverse and disabled and d/Deaf adults and children, drawing from my background as a musician and a mindfulness practitioner.I also continue to work as a professional musician, having performed in many different kinds of musical styles and in many different contexts. I have a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Miami, and certifications in Relational Dynamic Coaching, Child Protection, and NLP Training and Consultant"
