- Implementation of innovative IT solutions and analysis of strategic growth opportunities - Optimization of financial organizations, identification of KPIs and creation of benchmarking & potential analysis- Development of offers focusing on financial management, sustainability reporting and accounting & controlling

- Investigation of market trends focusing on organizational learning and communication - Evaluation of potential future scenarios and establishment of an action plan for the identified circumstances - Conduction of several workshops together with employees to present and discuss the results of the project

- Involvement in an M&A project, including different valuation models and analysis of synergy potentials- Valuation of innovative developments in the self-storage industry, including market- and competitor analyses- Assistance for the management team and calculations of KPIs in comparison with competitors
